This Pizza Sushi is quick to put together and will give kids the energy they need to last all afternoon! Pack some marinara sauce in a resealable container for dipping.
- Cream cheese
- Whole wheat tortillas
- Pepperoni slices
- Roasted red peppers, drained
- Marinara sauce
- Spread cream cheese on a whole wheat tortilla. Then layer the pepperoni and jarred roasted red peppers over half the tortilla. Roll it up and cut it into slices.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
