Basically, they're homeade tostadas and we would call them "Mexican Mountains."

Don't let your kids get stuck into a rut of only eating childhood staples like chicken nuggets and mac 'n cheese. While these are yummy, if you offer a variety of foods all the time, I think it helps keep kids from becoming picky eaters. My son is 14 months old and eats all different types of food – but he's never had a french fry and he's never had a chicken nugget!
