Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4-1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Romano cheese
Directions
- Steam cauliflower in a big pot with 1 inch of water for about seven minutes.
- Drain cauliflower and toss with butter and cheese.
- You can eat as is or mash it up into mountains on your plate!
