Super Strawberry Smoothies



Ingredients


  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries, hulled
  • 4 ounces low fat strawberry yogurt


Directions


  1. Combine the milk, banana, strawberries and yogurt in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
