Ingredients
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce – whatever is left at the bottom of the jar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (eyeball it)
Directions
- Pour a couple of splashes of balsamic vinegar into the bottom of an almost-empty barbecue sauce jar or bottle and shake to combine.
- Serve the sauce over grilled steaks, chicken or portobello mushrooms.
